In the Thick of It!

Not much new happening on the beautiful island, but just wanted to touch base with everyone. Jean and the boys are plugging away at school and closing in on the last few months. I have been fairly busy at work, especially getting ready to pass the torch onto the next pharmacist. We have been trying to enjoy the little things like: sunsets, palm trees backlit by the moon, frogs all over the yard, Lily learning...everything, and the boys being boys.
We miss everyone and can't wait to see you all soon. One last note, the boys were finally able to save enough money to purchase their 46" Sharp Aquios LCD tv! I just wanted to say how proud I am of them and their work ethic.
Take care everyone and have a great week, Scott!

Boys~~We are very impressed with your work ethic. Our girls asked if they could meet the boys that helped earn their trip to pick up their sister by mowing lawns! You have impressed them as well. We do need to get the families together for coffee soon! Maybe President's Day?

Boys, you two are awesome! I know how hard you worked for that tv. Thanks for letting Daddy and I watch it too!
Lily, you look adorable in Drew's swim goggles.

Love, Mom

Golly, does it feel like you're right in the thick of the action when you watch that big screen??
What are the cooking shows like? Do you get splashed with whatever is being whipped up?

We live on Ft. Belvoir, but my husband is in the USAF. He retires this summer!!! There is an active homeschooling group on Belvoir. We lived in Woodbridge when we first moved here and the drive was horrid! How he has a 2 mile commute and I go south to Woodbridge for work. I am an SLP at Potomac Hospital down there. Feel free to email me if you have questions, need help, etc. There is an active PWOC on both Bolling and Belvoir. Due to the nature of the area, there is a nice mix of young wives and older retiree wives. Good luck!!!
